Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaison seeks a Production Imagery Designer who will edit product photography and develop and implement imagery standards across our north Austin, high tech client's overall site. The ideal candidate is as comfortable managing projects and creating and editing images as they are setting and documenting standards and presenting to stakeholders.
- Project management of all site imagery projects: resourcing, documentation, tracking, setting and meeting deadlines.
- Imagery guideline documentation
- Agency training on imagery guidelines
- Imagery Q&A
- Image purchasing/management
- Management of imagery in content management tool.

 
Background & Experience:
- 3+ years online design experience;
- Solid Production Artist experience;
- A college degree or equivalent work experience;
- Experience working directly with clients in an agency atmosphere;
- An online portfolio.

 
Hard Skills:
Proficient in CS4, especially PhotoShop;
- Solid working knowledge of the PC platform.

 
Soft Skills:
- Self-starter;
- Able to work on numerous projects at once;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Great communicator;
- Wizard at multi-tasking;
- You understand kerning and leading, page grids and visual hierarchy. You get the creeps from Comic Sans and alignment is second nature to you;
- You know when to stay within and when to color outside of the lines;
- You are able to develop user-centered design and use conventions when necessary and know where to put things so users know where to find them;
- Ability to brainstorm with others to develop your designs. You are not afraid to bounce your designs off of others for feedback.

 
Details:
This is a full-time, ongoing position on Liaison's marketing team working onsite at a global computer manufacturing company. Details will be provided during the interview process.
 
Compensation:
Based on experience.
